For me its a good night sleep and have a strict rule not to work from home/not-working-location. It will make the window of working time more focused.

And what do you do with your private sideprojects?

@plusgut try do make artificial constraints for the sideproject. Plan time slots and so on. But not to make the slot so that its not the last thing of the day. Otherwise i'll forget the goal and start browsing devrant or something like that 🙂.
