Automated a process which was being perfomed manually for 5 years !
Client is so happy comes up with more stuffs to automate.

@SoulSkrix none actually. It was a tracker that all team leads off-shore on-shore had to update. It was becoming a mess due to ignorance. The client was dependent on the tracker to report to their own manager.
At a point of time this became a big issue and escalations were thrown.

I came to the rescue to find and develop an automated solution.
