Hazarth95061yhmm, I don't think that applies. The definition of telepathy is:
"the supposed communication of thoughts or ideas by means other than the known senses."
"apparent communication from one mind to another without using sensory perceptions."
"the ability to know what is in someone else's mind, or to communicate with someone mentally, without using words or other physical signals"
So I don't think you can claim telepathy by vibrating air as that is using a known sense and physical signals.
but definitely an interesting use case of telekinesis :D -
I'm reminded of the D&D sorcerer/bard's (now fixed) death touch cantrip, which can be realized by casting "create or destroy water" on the lungs of an enemy.
Telekinesis is technically also telepathy. Since you can move the air next to someones ears to create sound.
