@MammaNeedHummus it was one dumbass currupted file preventing replication. The main issue is still a bitch and a half though. It looked like a straight forward fix but then that causes a null pointer on something I thought was unrelated

@MammaNeedHummus You'll never believe this.... It boiled down toa corrupted config file (that was blocking loading the test data) and then a null check and an extra call to a DTO to solve the actual problem

And we are now at a week on this damn thing which I really think should've taken 3 hours at most? I'm just so annoyed because it's basically not even the original issue anymore
