I hate this elbow mentality. Everyone in my company minds his own business. They call them startup and no one has team spirit. Current project is burning and everyone wants some days off.

    One learns to not give a fuck if it doesn't concern them 😄 Makes life so much easier

    "Elbow mentality"?

    @Froot yeah but wtf is wrong with people? Everyone wants a job and make money but no one cares about the projects. They bring money to pay the loan. People are so short sighted.

    @endless90 What loan?

    If it's someone else's head on the chopping block if the project fails and the company mentality is to not give a shit then why should you? You'll still get paid...

    @jaread hmm how should I explain? It is a metaphor for egoism. I only find the explanation in German 😊

    @Froot dunno. I want that we all have fun and love what we do. We all should work harder together so we get more time to relax after project is done. If everyone is slacking of the company goes down and no one has a job anymore.

    I think the main problem is no one of them know how much the project currently is burning ☚ī¸

    We will see tomorrow how it is going. It is just good to talk about it 😊 thank you

    @endless90 Yea, could be.
    Well let's hope it's all good 😊

    @jaread probably as in using your elbows to push others aside. Meaning, people just do things for their own sake and they don't care about pushing others down.
    Or behind the elbows, which means that people are "two faced".

    Both bad things to have in a team =(
