so i just started watching the office, and 3 episodes down, i can relate to it so much. all of my managers are like Michael (grossly incompetent, unaware and self centred) and all of my seniors are like dwight (ass lickers and 0-empathy) . am i really in a super toxic place?

Hmm, maybe being an IT recruiter is worse. You're literally hated. I have no idea how they can smile. Offering you a fucking template of their company to rewrite your resume. So the only thing what there is to do, they outsource to you!
