And all the other users had also their username as default password. In the bright side of it, it was only their CRM so the data available to breakers was not that sensitive. For employees only user/pass and position, and for customers name, DNI (is our national document and it's not confidential info here, you even use it on social media contests, LOL) and whatever complaint or request they had. One just have to hope that their actual product had better security stuff.
