Looking for new jobs and all interesting jobs require on-site (or hybrid, which means I have to relocate) and pay less than Remote companies.

Remote ones, pay much more but the product is so boring and uninspiring.

I also notice that many jobs aren't remote at all

@retoor They’re going hybrid or in site. My friends in Europe are all on-site. US is a bit different. I’m doing my part. When a recruiter contacts me, I tell that I am interested only remote.

A lot of the interesting remote jobs were unfortunately kinda grandfathered in place in COVID. I'm in that camp - company can't afford to have us all quit by mandating office or hybrid working, but any new hires have to be in the office at least part of the time.
