The day that I was told that external contractors were used for all new project work, and employees were only used for support and operations... 😡

@djscolam @bkwilliams the world is a very small place... What a coincidence that we work in the same place...

But, honestly, I hated when that happened on one of my previous jobs... And even more when we were told that it'll be an internal development. In the end they ended up hiring a Consulting Firm (I guess that is how its named in English) and using almost all of our ideas and designs...
