Medium-Big company for a begginer, small startups for a senior.
When you're just starting you'll want to be in a supporting and stable enviornment filled with experienced devs and order, being able to learn through work in a slow bht steady pace.
When you're seasoned and experienced this stuff gets boring and you join some crazy small startup and develop some amazing stuff.
But it can be the opposite too, small company for a begginer could teach alot fast, and big company for someone married with a family could provide stability -
Too small or a small enough that tech culture is almost non existent can be hell....so depends on what type of small as well.
