How do you deal with a boss who doesn't know code at all and he expects you to code for him??? How can I explain to him anything because even a single word like git confuses him... :/

Encapsulate / abstract out...

Don't talk to him in dev terms like git. Use broader terms like source control, etc. Follow up on what those broader terms mean in general and why they are useful. Treat your boss like a client :)
