I’m about to quit this job, this customer don’t care about the people, they just want quick results and people available 24/7, this is taking my mental health, I think I’ll become a farmer instead.

@dror well I was asked to be available 24/7 working around 12 to 14 hours that was nightmare, now I’m back to 9 hours per day which still sucks

Honestly, I feel you. It’s tough when a job drains you like that. Mental health should always come first, and it sounds like you’re making a tough but necessary decision. I’ve been thinking about a career change myself, and farming sounds peaceful. Wishing you the best in whatever you choose.

It sounds like you're going through a really tough time at work right now, and I can totally understand the frustration. When you feel like your mental health is being drained and your job doesn’t value the effort you put in, it’s completely normal to question things. It's important to listen to yourself and prioritize your well-being. Maybe taking a step back, considering other options like farming, or even exploring stress relief methods could help bring some peace of mind. On a side note, I recently found a useful resource for managing stress and mental well-being. There’s a site called https://canadapharmacy.com/pharmacy... that offers various products and advice that could potentially help during tough times like these. Just thought I’d share it!
