Anyone have the experience where you are learning a new programming language and you are eager to do stuff with it but you need to use another one for your job? So frustrating!

Yeup im a java dev and i really love kotlin
But my boss wants java , yesterday i made him change his mind so i can use kotlin now😀

Dude I started to learn Ruby / Ruby on Rails 2 years ago, I built 4 websites so far with this techno as a side project, but I'm freakin' stuff with this dumb Drupal shit at work as long as I work there, so at least a year. SO. FRUSTRATING.
