Is it possible to disable laptop original keyboard from within windows 7? My keyboard just gave up on me.Been trying to install ubuntu but my keyboard's not working i can't use the arrow keys nor tab..:-( .I am thinking of attaching my ext.usb keyboard when i setup boot.For the record the original keyboard has keys that auto clicks so very frustrating.Help guyz.

Seriously, look it up online. On Linux I'm 100% sure it's a piece of cake

You can just unplug your laptop keyboard.

@dontpanic well m not on linux i will be if this original keyboard hadnt messed up.Yes i did search and will try a few methods.Mostly people tell me to uninstall keyboard driver but i am sceptic about that cz i am thinking of a replacement keyboard an original one not an external..if i mess with the drivers maybe future headaches??..still i will try one or few tricks.Thnk u. :-)
