I remember reading online that they moved away from their "Educational accounts get unlimited storage" to "Yeeeeh nvm about that one" after years of colleges and universities using google for their user facing accounts.

Can't imagine how that went for the I.T department in charge of that

@j0n4s I know someone who lost all her photos by uninstall some photo manipulation program on her macbook which was running out of space because of the aforementioned photos.

Just had the same thing, but asking me to upgrade to 3TB. I’m only using 30GB!

@j0n4s this is painful, I learned about it the hard way, I don't remember how but I was able to get those photos back.
