what is that annoying little bug in my brain that triggers those annoying Chemicals which makes sleeping at night even after being awake for 27 hours, so goddamn hard?

protocol nature's spec describe the natural and optimal daily rhytm as sleeping 8 hours each night, so why is obeying the defaults so goddamn troubling?!

i have CF lumen enabled to counter a bit and before i decided to see if anybody had an answer here i had already spend a few hours in complete darkness just tossing around and really just finding myself lost in thought..

but yeah, guess i should ask my doctor.. :)

yeah, i'm well aware of the consequences..
well sure, fuck up my sex life, i havent had any in a long time anyways :P

depression, despair, hopelessness like youre in a deep hole and keeps falling yet you feel no fear and the dark is comforting, soothing.

thanks for the advice, i value it. :)

@lotd f.lux is a great tool! It actually works.

I have had the same issues before. Now I can control my own sleep pattern with some help from Philips HUE too.
