Can anyone suggest me a Linux Distro or an Ubuntu Desktop Environment that:
- Has beautiful interface
- Is not slow
- Allows customization

I don't like Unity and Gnome because of the shit interface. I installed KDE Plasma (Kubuntu) but it's slow af and buggy.

I want something that has fast window management, Mac-like Dock, and just something that increases productivity.

I've heard Fedora is pretty good, but I have not used out personally.

Well I've been using Elementary OS for 2 years now it looks cute. And it's runs smoothly on my old laptop. But Idk about customization because I didn't really feel like modifying it. Also it's worth noting that it doesn't have desktop icons...

I run KDE and it's really smooth.

You should try LXQt. I don't use it, but it's the one that fits best to what you asked for imo.

Have you tried a tiling window manager like i3?

Don't listen to guys above me! Join the dark side and pick i3-gaps! After only a couple (hundred) hours of ricing you will have the smoothest and most comfy setup in the world

Xfce! Any distro that supports it, but manjaro and xbuntu are nice choices. Or debian...
