Angular 5 is on its way?!! FUCK?! NOW I'LL HAVE TO UPDATE AN ENTIRE Front end I've JUST BUILT... 🙄... I miss JAVA😴😥

    Yawn, uninformed hatred is so boring. "Kernel 4.9 is out, why don't they just keep it on kernel 4.4???"

    Angular just uses semantic versioning, and breaking changes increase the major version.
    The actual changes you have to do are very likely 0, otherwise it is find-and-replace. At the same time, upgrading gives you new features and increased performance.

    We upgraded an app from 4.x to 5 and had to change two files (both reported by TypeScript.

    But yeah, hating a product for the name's sake and to be "cool hating the same thing". 😴
