@Heatstreak planets are procedurally generated but there is no neural network involved. Neural nets are machine learning algorithm, not content generation.
It's using a seed based algorithm to generate solar systems, planets, buildings, alien life, space stations, space battles, etc... How not to be excited about a galactic scale exploration game?
