Anyone who comes to a conclusion of "needing" to do anything, absolutely anything, not just limited to dev, a single way, clearly is not a competent human.

Hell, last night i just procrastinated for a few min by answering a question I'm sure was rhetorical with at least 3 valid, albeit somewhat complex, solutions. I certainly didn't stop due to no more possible solutions.

Im a chronic over-engineerer... sure, I don't actually need to be constructing our initial backend from nearly scratch(jsons as DBs and straight php for query is scratch imo) but if you think of the most basic (often nonsensical to implement) way to achieve *whatever* then you just need to look to replace components... like SQL dbs instead of complex JSON archives.

If you can't see that there are several answers to whatever youre trying to achieve in dev-ness, your not an engineer, go get an internship or gtfo.
