Once again I see offshore "developer" copy paste entire code base to separate folder, work on it there and then copy paste it back. Use a git branch goddammit. Is there something I'm not aware, is source control banned outside EU and US?

    Don't know if it is a region thing, but I often see n00bs that are afraid that the spirits will curse their fingers if they ever enter a git command.
    This type of script kiddies are from all over the globe.

    Cheap labour usually begets cheap work. Outsourcing to offshore consultancies is a bit of a gamble.

    Most devs worth their weight are already working full time for other, non-consultant companies.

    @Oktokolo you afraid of Bobby Tables and Zeroday and Jimmy Ransomware? 'cause those guys do scare the shit out of me. And my git beads protect me from those evil spirits. Or at least I believe so.
