Noob64607y@KKKCustom I have one well maintained Lenovo laptop myself, and at least 50% of my coworkers have Lenovo laptops.
We all hate our machines.
I've been using computers for at least 20 years now. Assembling desktop PCs, fixing laptops, cleaning dust, replacing parts, fine tuning the BIOS and etc. I can troubleshoot Windows and Linux problems very well.
The point is that I know how to take care of a computer, let alone not abuse it. Yet, my Lenovo laptop works at a sinusoidal wave rate - sometimes a function works, sometime it doesn't. Same goes for the rest of the coworkers.
Also, it's important to mention that I have two, now Lenovo, ThinkPads.
They also work pretty poorly after a year of use.
I updated the drivers and the BIOS firmware.
I tested Win7, Win10, Redhat and Debian based diatros on the laptops. The bugs are still the same.
I even called Lenovo support in desperation! :)
As expected it didn't yield anything good.
So I, as many other people, advice to stay away from Lenovo
when lyrics actually hittin you and then it happens...
