Yay, our marketing person has quit only after 4 months. New record for the longest staying marketing employee!

This is the third marketing person since I started here and I won a bet with a colleague for how long they will last :D

We always made fun of marketing. If those people drink on Fridays after work they lose their last braincells and start to say inappropriate things about their sisters. Typical marketing people behavior. Nothing new

Sounds like your company might have a marketing department curse or just a tough work environment for marketers. Have you figured out why they keep leaving? Unrealistic expectations, bad leadership, or just the industry norm? Maybe it’s time to shake things up and actually give the next one a fighting chance. @Piniuze It's not my job to keep them. We got a new marketing person a few months later and that guy quit last week (not joking). I think he was here for around 6 or 8 months. Unsure...

At this point, it's just funny and I cannot wrap my head around how my company can stay afloat.
