    Like with literally every other language

    You can make WoW add-ons and PSP apps / games (I never used it for something else)

    it's a bit like "weak python". I only used it in Leadwerk - which, likes for example blender with python/ unity with Javascript etc, uses Lua as scripting language

    Well Lua is by far one of the most easiest to integrate into any apps. So it can be useful for example factorio and wow mods are Lua based.

    If you are into text games, you can script your own systems for them with it.
