Now, what to do with all that speed!

I'm already hosting my blog, git server and plex (though on 12Mb plex was as much use as a chocolate teapot).

VPN stuff is a good one though, and now I've the bandwidth hosting a game server is an option... Do the people need another minecraft or CS server? Maybe coop roller coaster tycoon is a thing?
