    but I like VB6 it was my first thing ever but I never understood it lol I moved then to HTML and CSS, then came back to VB.Net

    The problem was not that I understood nothing, It was I understood some of them wrong. Picture me later I was learning C++ or JS. For some time I still looked for a form to ad procedures to.

    My dad had some old copies of VB5 and VB6 so that's where I started... I didn't know anything else

    VB6 was my first language where I was able to create a GUI. I learned it by myself but looking back, Visual Basic is the ugliest and crappiest programming language I know.

    At least till you find a high paying vb 6 job which in the case of working in the U.S there are some.
