For middle and high school:
1. Let people teach who actually know what they are doing
2. Learning by doing is in my opinion the only good way to "teach" someone how to code.
(And well theory is just like math. So teach it like math.)5

Boss: Well, do you have an antivirus software?
Me: I got Linux.
