I prefer books because it is easier to look up stuff if I need something.
Also I look much smarter reading a book on my way to work :] -
@JohanO in most other cases I don't delete data with pressing a single false key.
-
@ravijojila but it's defined and for everybody to read what makes you a "bad person". And I think it is a reasonable definition.
I'm welcoming anarchistic forms of organisations, but if this is not working then I think it needs some structure.
I mean, every grown-up should be able to treat others with respect and articulate different opinions without insulting people.
Unfortunately, a lot of people don't act like grown-ups and so you need some framework to make it possible for everyone to work on a project and not just the loudest. -
Looks like glitch city in Pokemon Red/Blue

With this I would be able to use the ten finger system to type

@k0pernikus @Skayo
If this would be an everyday situation, Pizza wouldn't be enough of course.
But in this situation, it was just nice to see that my boss didn't think working that late should be normal and he felt bad about it. -
Windows for some games, Linux for everything else.
-
@IceFreak2000 I think I'll get one at home too. It is really comfortable.
@2erXre5 it's hardly used. No one knows the landline phone number and my mobile contract is much cheaper -.- -
@xkill I'm still alive :] He cannot kill me because he doesn't know how to do that without the Windows Task Manager
-
@vlankveld this won't happen. He hates everything without a GUI.

Just practice programming as much as you can. Find some easy ideas you can realize alone.
If you need guidance, find some open source projects with a nice community. You don't have to be afraid of them, most of the people are happy to give you good advice. Just don't take criticism too personally. Working with other people helped me the most. Maybe you find a nice collab on devRant :]
It depends on what language you are using. Most languages have best practice guides. -
I think it is not that mean because worst case he can close the terminal and use another editor.
Of course, he would need to ask somebody else or admit that he has no clue what he is doing. -
@Codex404 it was more like:
First commit: We will do it this way *creating models and business logic*
Second commit(an hour later): We need to change the architecture, we need to use design pattern x and y, we need to split repos,... -
This also works:
Quod erat demonstrandum, LOL -
Veni, vidi, fucking vici, bitch
-
There is a typo. It should be <3
-
I forgot: the worst part is, not getting paid for this shit because I was too inexperienced to make a good deal.
-
@AndSoWeCode I ordered 11 window blinders and they separated them in two packages because it would be too heavy in one package.
My theory is, the delivery guy missed the second package when he was at the one pickup store he wrote the delivery notice for.
At the second pickup store, he noticed that he missed the package and just delivered it to them because he had no time to drive back to the first store. -

That is why I check !empty($toiletPaper) instead of isset($toiletPaper)

Mini Dragonite, Rowlet or Hoothoot.
And Sandslash should sleep under the table -
@Skayo what stack have you planned for the backend?
-
lo-fi hip hop or some instrumental stuff. Also video game and movie soundtracks sometimes.
-
One follows PSR2, the other doesn't
-
@gitpush yes, to the transparent screen. Because everyone in IT is using transparent screens.
-
Oh no, they try to hack our systems.
We have to type harder to fight them back. -
If you are drunk you have to double check. So the code seems valid to me.
-
@psuranas you have to get 20 ++ on a single rant and thank write them an email with your address.

You should configure DuckDuckGo as her default search engine, then you would have this problem just one more time :]
