Ah, I love programming in Static Files.
-
@D3add3d well there go my next week plans
-
@ilikeglue because it doesn't even support the instruction set of the embedded system I'm working with
-
"The beer fridge": goals
-
@dtaposh @MiRe my problem is not with the keyboard itself, but the lack of localisation. How the layout should be for comparison.
-
@irene my first laptop was an HP. After 2.5 years the power board literally catched on fire.
-
@Codex404 I've heard nothing about it and I need you to elaborate on it please 🙏
-
@heyheni more like for monitoring a very specific activity. It's like a side-project inside the project. Everything is about medical stuff btw.
-
@irene but if I'd bought a "professional" laptop, it'd come with a U series CPU, half the ram, just the integrated graphics, and probably had costed even more.
-
@MiRe probably the same model, but apparently they were too lazy to actually adapt the keyboard to other locales and reused the US layout, fitting the rest of keys wherever it came out of their asses.
-
@NoobCoder but they require me to remember some fuckers that "Moira > genji"
-
Well, I'd just added "return false" as the first statement. Less keystrokes.
-
@Bitwise haha no, they're on their place for the Spanish KB layout. If those were out of place too I would have returned the fuck out of it.
-
Just add the ads, use your own ad network key, keep all the earnings, tell the dude to fuck off.
-
My comments:code ratio would be over 9000
-
I'm that kind of guy too. Usually, if you close an app pressing the back button it'll stop running, unless the devs deliberately said "fuck no we want your background CPU cycles"
-
@PrivateGER they certainly could, since they loaded 3 different versions of jQuery. But they don't.
-
Once I was writing "do your parents like" and the next suggestion was "fisting". On fucking point.
-
@edensg but since the client app is closed source, is there something that would impede it to, let's say, finding some potentially high value keywords in your convos during each daily backup, and send them along usage stats? Maybe there is uh, just asking.
-
How many retarded devs you need to store 1.4b credentials as plain text?
-
@edensg that way you can be sure that the only ones reading your messages are you, the recipient and Facebook.
-
But now it would cost $150
-
@thmnmlst turn off real time protection, restart and tell me bout it.
-
@sebastian I hope that was it. I left while the update installed and come back to a bootloop. No way to rollback, reset or fix it. Had to do a clean install. The best way to spend vacations.
-
@thureos is Laravel really worth it for small projects? I mean it's nice to build things with it but performance wise... I wouldn't add a redis cache just for a blog.
-
@FitzSuperUser there are several people confirming it on the issue... It looks like the language chrome requests is based on location and not settings. Actually it seems it is a regression introduced on 55.0.2883. Just change your phone lang and check the headers sent by chrome. Also it's working normally on Firefox, Opera etc.
-
@FitzSuperUser AFAIK the only correct way: using the accept-language header, falling back to en if none available. The issue is that chrome for Android is not setting that header according to the user's language preferences.
-
@jckimble that's pretty clever
-
@daarkfall password login is disabled anyway... I changed the sshd to something not standard and the spam went away. I guess those bots don't try too hard.
-
@monnef that was a nice read. But I assure you these guys don't know what a naming convention is.
