How do I increase my communication?

I feel more confident and less anxious now thanks to exercising more, so it's easier to talk to people.

But I'm told not talking to people, just coming in doing your work and leaving is bad by my boss.

I'm not sure how I can just approach people and talk shit. I guess I have to start with lunch. How do I find people to each lunch with?

I developed mobile apps mainly (2 years as Android dev - Java, 1.5 year as iOS & Android - swifit, Kotlin), then Unity app 2 years (C#), then some VST plugins (mostly front end C++) 6 months.

Now, I'm having meetings with my boss to talk about my career trajectory. I mean I have no idea what I want to do. All the dreams and passion gone. I'm just happy to come to work do whatever. I only focus on sleeping early, getting my exercise, and waking up at the same time everyday.

Some web development might be fun? I have an option to work on internal tools but it's not a product, no more users except company people.

Who knew I'd be saved by a wiki/doc written by myself a year ago.

Was enjoying Windows 10 then got raped by forced Windows Update when I turned my computer on. It took a while, or at least it felt like a while. Can't do anything about it.

It's like my life has been leading just to this very moment. I've been mid-life crisis for 1-2 years now. But no more. I feel like a kid again. Gonna automate everything.

I've been an Apple user for 13 years exclusively using macbooks and an iphone. It didn't start that way.

Today, I'm immensely enjoying Windows 10. It runs smoothly, it's so beautiful. I might end up building a gaming PC to further enjoy it.
