Some people will fight if you say Linux is worse than Windows

Rewrite the operating system, instead of building on predecessors, write a Linux kernel based OS that will accept EXEs and a Windows subsystem.

Introduce this OS as a potential Insider build. If deemed successful, spin it off and market it as a professional and productive environment.

Focus Windows as more of a service than an all around OS. Since doing everything shitty, make separate OSs as specialized variants of OSs. Windows 10 S, Windows 10 Gaming, so on so forth.

I never really needed it until I wrote real world applications. Even then I really don't use it.

PHP is more related to websites. If you want a nice and easy modern language, go with python. If you want to make websites, go with JavaScript

Ruby is like python but I would learn python first.

Python 2 is on its way out, the Unicode strings and stuff will not be implemented again, or some way farther down the road. Learn python 3 and the rest will be easy

If you need macOS, you have 3 options.

1. Look into Craiglist for cheap Macs.

2. Build a hackintosh (some are very cheap these days)

3. Attempt to use in a VM.

The one that has manual memory allocation.

You have to think when someone makes an AI, we can't teach it to be fair. We can teach to be equal, yes, but to fair, it would have to understand human emotion and feelings.

Programmers are good, but relying on an AI to be fair is like relying on a rusty car to go across the ocean. It can try, yes, but it cannot do it.

Besides, we are humans too. If, and this is a big if, we make an AI that can supercede actual humans, it's probably its own species at that point, and it can think for itself.

The question of can we trust it to not have personal agendas is a simple answer. Yes. But just because it has no agendas does not mean that it can think what is best for you and I.

However, this is all theories and it's not yet possible to be a experiment. I like this question.
