Try monit it handles this really well plus it can alert you if it happens.

I agree there is something called over engineering. If you go to far to the microservices you will get a mess as well. Like most things the solution lies in the middle.
Plus sticking to domain driving design can prevent it growing wild. -
This sound an awful like bunnaire
-
Punk is not dead!!
-
WoW this is really going to far.... this is not a joke anymore.... you really went for the kill but instead removed them from existence...
-
Laughing at this would probably show your age :P
So for me LOL!! 🤣 -
I don’t get it. It’s part of your job. Testing is a necessity. If we don’t stick to this standard how can we as an industry become more mature.
Trust me I don’t like it either but it’s a must. -
That is the only correct search result and how dare you sir to interrupt a cat from playing with a string. You sir are an ass. There I said it!
-
You forgot, my code is so great it doesn’t need to be tested guy.
-
Amen!
-
Yes what idiot still uses the old array notation in PHP just.... come on!!!
-
Here it is :D
-
Wow that is some mad max shit going on there
-
What is that a drawing of? I won a stuffed toy version of it in Japan once
-
Let's go old skool on this shit.
I live in the Netherlands and we were very good at documenting where people lived and what nationality they had. I'm talking pre internet around ww2. Guess what they used this data for when we got invaded by the Germans.
Like they all said up here you will care when it's too late. -
Pickle Rick!!
-
You had me at JavaScript
-
Legit or not it's just the simple truth 😝

Ask yourself this question. Is it fully and 100% clear what needs to be build. If yes then document the hell out of it and use waterfall. If no use agile. If you can't be sure what to build waterfall isn't for you.
Case is in most web development related work customers don't know what they want even if they say so. Because as soon as they see the product they wanted, they would like to add changes or it isnt what they expected.
Good luck! -
@ninjatini I'm guessing airplane. A very old absurd comedy like hot shots and naked gun.
-
Why is the answer wrong? He was clearly right!
-
Well if you practice continues deployment then the idea of branching is bad. My opinion is always commit to master so you don't delay the integration, but!! you should have all the quality gateways in place like unit testing, integration testing, cucumber, some form of code inspection and all automated in the build. The idea: fail hard and fail fast so you can fix and deploy.
-
@overheat depends on how good you are. But on average 2500 to 3000 a month. Before tax.
This is one the more stranger aspects about Dutch devs. The demand is high. You can get a job within a day but the pay is low. It doesn't match up to the supply and demand idea. -
Hmmz i have a nice recruiter rant as well. Let me post that. :)
-
Now this is a nice way of recruiting. Another Dutchy here and I hate how aggressive recruiters are in the NL
-
With docker you can have everything running in seconds easy as pie :)
-
And here I thought that DDD was domain driven design. I guess they meant Dinosaur Driven Development.
Sounds like an ancient technique. -
The Netherlands :) 🇳🇱

Probably an email template :P

Did you know that PHP has goto now! Great fun!! 😜
