I didn't expect that until I opened the post to see the whole image!
-
Pumpkin. 😂😂

Holy sh*t the coffee script!!! It takes about 30 seconds to go from my cubicle to coffee machine. I'm definitely trying that!!
-
@daintycode totally my fault. I had read up on Mac randomization quite sometime ago and for some reason I thought that the switch can demand for random Mac address (as a security feature) but indeed that's not the case.
You are right, network managers control if they want to perform Mac randomization or not. -
If the wireless switch demands your netman to randomize the MAC, then it has to randomize the MAC!
If you think about it, it's a pretty good security feature.. almost similar to how your phone's identification is handled by GSM towers. -
Its really awesome for having snippets in presentations.. now, If anyone can tell me how can I make my emacs editor look like this.....
-
That's how the fascination begins. Good for them.
-
And that leads my boss to think that I'm not giving my 100% 🤐
-
@sharktits No it doesn't!
There are many many successful projects running python in production (if not having their whole production code in python). Anyways, at the end of the day don't just use one tool for everything.. -
@sharktits wait, what? Who says you can't create an "enterprise" grade scalable application using python? (Unless you're talking about not releasing the source code, then I agree)
-
Ha! Check-in your code.. 6 months from now, open it again and see if you can remember what you were trying to do.
-
.... Aaaaand that's why you get a duck! It understands you
-
Yup just like this:
-[--->+<]>-.[---->+++++<]>-.-------.--[--->+<]>-.-.+[---->+<]>+++.--[->++++<]>-.+[->+++<]>.[--->+<]>+.-[---->+<]>++.--[->++++<]>+.----------.++++++.-[---->+<]>+++.[->+++<]>+.--[--->+<]>---.-------------.--[--->+<]>-.---[->++++<]>-.----------.+++++.-------.+++++.-------.
So beautiful and so True! 😄 -
Stand-up meetings? Does that mean what it sounds like? You basically stand during the meeting?
-
Try emacs with prelude plugin
-
I actually ordered something like this once.. it was like "10TB SSD hard drive for $10" w/ shipping or something from geek app (which is similar to wish app) and it turned out to be a hard drive case. A Freakin plastic case for hard drive.
-
but.. but.. I'll need it for the project that I was working a few decades ago.
-
@ThaOneDude.. become a *practical" physicist. That's what they do.. they know physics (pfft..) they know Math and they have to know programming to perform simulations, experiments, optimizations, etc
-
Reading colors on screen.. Hmm.. not sure if totally impossible.
I can imagine sending haptic feedback based on where the person's fingers are. Sure, not "reading" technically but you can convey the color with this approach. -
@elonmusk dude.. common! Give this guy a break
-
Yeah @ktor, I did try mediawiki a few years ago for something else but I think it's probably an (ugly-)overkill for this purpose.
-
@AnonyOps
Well.. I hope someone can find a loophole in the encryption you used and take some money but also leave you some..
(BTW.. a couple of months ago I read a rant about someone trying to decrypt their drive or wallet.. was that you?) -
It feels kind of weird upvoting you for having a miserable day.. :\
-
Emacs with prelude (not just for python though)
-
I guess I should just replace my downloads directory with a tmpfs..
-
I use Authorea when I want that kind of vc
-
On. a. Friday?
-
It was close to 18h45 and I had just 1 minor change to be made in production code. Very simple one. Changing application Port and container Port forwarding. Easy right? Well, it's 22h28.. and I'm still at work
-
certified = single
-
And I thought I was the only one.
Btw not just development even research.. it's hard. At some level, I regret my 2 week vacation!
