@sm1th I just recently installed an SSD too, and upgraded the RAM. It's very likely that it was a buggy release for slightly older machines. Thanks for the feedback!

@alandemaria Awesome, thanks. I've also recently installed more ram and an SSD so hopefully it'll run smoothly this time around.

I'm curious as to how it performs. I have a MacBook Pro Mid-2012 and when I installed the pre-release, my fans were running on 100% constantly and still my laptop was overheating. This was doing nothing, immediately after boot. I eventually just formatted and reinstalled El Capitan.

Can you give some feedback from the new release?
