I go through this like once a month and then remind myself to just stop trying to understand the matrix
-
@ezbie amazing how life works sometimes isn't it.
-
Maybe they tried to be cool and make it readable while standing.

Fortunately these types of experiences are necessary for success. Life is a wicked problem. You must fail at solving it once to understand the problem. Then solve it once more with your knew found knowledge :)
-
@rrishi sound advice.
-
@stable-penguin takes some time to get used to. But it really helps to make reading more natural

I'm not a big fan of having the vertical monitor in the middle myself. It's more of a utility monitor to me so you can throw stuff on it like code reviews, long methods/classes like you mentioned, etc. Etc. So I keep mine to the right or left of my main high res horizontal monitor.

Honesty with a little bravado. Gotta love it.

Imposter syndrome indeed...:/

@hbbq well that's good to know :) I suppose
-
not crazy. either that or I am crazy as well

@JavaRules k. Cool story. Thanks for stomping all over my rant without even reading the topic.
-
@JavaRules ..... you obviously missed the point of the "weekly rant". Read the topic. Then read my rant again. Maybe it will help you understand...
-
@JavaRules Who said I don't feel the same way... that's a pretty broad assumption. With that being said. This is a great example of what I meant about the Veteran community.
-
@JavaRules I will certainly continue to compare them... there is nothing wrong with healthy conversation about the Veteran community.
-
@punksgt yeah, seemed highly questionable to me...
-
@punksgt Errrrr!

@TheSommer There are no Military devs :( I was an Aviation Engineer. I dev'd in my free time.
