I've sort of completed my research. In general, nmap is the slowest of them all. Masscan is reasonable. But custom python is like 4h for roughly 250 hosts (65535 ports).

@powerfulparadox okey that is actually a very good explanation. I might even consider changing the locking system on my own pages. it is logical if you think about it. They got your key when they broke in. So changing the key with a potentially highjacked key is not secure.
-
@powerfulparadox i get where you are comming from concidering the 2fa point. But why first lock yourself out then calling the owner for a new key instead of changing it yourself. It is your key. By handing in the previous one context should be clear that there is a new key. If your analogy was correct. I'd be openly sharing my private space and password with the owners. However, i'm hopefully not because my personal information is filled in by me and they should not be able to change that. That is the reason why if you rent, there has to be a notice before your landlord can actualy come in for inspection. (Atleast in my country)
-
@powerfulparadox 2fa does not enable you to change your password without identification. You can't just jam in your 2fa code and expect a system to recognize you. First you need an indentifier together with your 2fa. This can be either pass or email. But with or without 2fa both flows are still different. For one. Forgot password still relies on you standing outside with enough identification to be let back in. (Like asking a locksmith to change the key) whereas change password is more like (you changing your own lock because you do not trust your previous key) it does not involve the other party to provide grace.
-
@powerfulparadox because when you forget your password you rely on a secondary identifier like email whereas with password change you can identify with your previous password. There is a different flow in user interaction
-
@ynnk rather unusual way but i guess it works
-
@ScriptCoded where? Its not under settings or account
-
Might have found a solution with zmap and pfring but the installation is going rough
-
Its a nice platform but a bit of a hassle to setup
-
@netikras i tried it using python but with threads i get random issues where threads just get stuck because of a slow port
-
@resdac on second thought dns is also counting for the other browsers so it shouldn't've made a difference
-
@Fast-Nop that solves it. But i had to disable dns blocker on analytics
-
@Jilano well, firefox latest is 70.0b8 and chrome latest is 77.0 dont exactly know about the underlying engine (i guess you're talking about either chromium, webkit or blink)
-
Try duckduckgo, type vim cheatcheat. Click expand. Be amazed
-
I think that they dont even notice that. Depending on the bank sometimes millions of transactions an hour go trough those api's
-
@starrynights89 completely agree
-
@mrasgari i do, however this is a dedicated game pc so it uses windows
-
@irene my terrabyte drive just crashed out of nowhere. Tried to reboot. Its still spacing but at least i can use my pc again (without that drive)
-
@lazyDev its an evil one, it has black horns
-
if project treble is successful and implemented on this new snapdragon it gets a chance
-
@FrodoSwaggins good explanation
-
@lucaspar no but personaly i find it hard to simplify it further
-
The data gets transformed into a wave signal, that wave signal is then transmitted as a huge energy burst. The energyburst consists out of smaller bursts behind each other where the distance between them is the data you want to transmit. Sinse there is a lot of sideway disipation the further the signal propegates the lossyer it becomes and the more of the signal gets lost
-
@irene so a pc is genderfobic?
-
@Codex404 nope, they litteraly forgot to look for that. So we got a secondary assignment
-
I just hope this will one day be fixed by the browser you use. In my case i set firefox to delete cookies after each session. But i'd like it to be after i close each tab.
-
Stackoverflow is to assist, not to solve problems for you. At least that's how i see it
