Are you ever working and decide to take a peek at reddit or twitter and next thing you know two hours have passed and you've been dicking around? Well SUPRISE MOTHERFUCKER I WILL STOP YOU! So I'm thinking of two ways to go about this and both of them start with monitoring the network connections of the user. 1. Anytime the user goes to one of the timewasting sites send them a notification every x minutes with some funny comment about how they need to get back to work. 2. Prevent the user from connecting to any timewasting website at all by temporarily blocking the connections while in work mode. Everytime the user attempts to connect to one of these sites hit them with a funny comment. Maybe instead or in conjunction with the funny comments you could also throw in an inspirational quote. Similar ideas and could even have both and the user can pick which version to activate when starting up the tool. Could even set up the ability to set breaks for x minutes where you either stop sending the notifications or temporarily allow the connections again depending on which method is in use at the moment. Project could be expanded to send a notification or prevent the user from opening up certain apps while in work mode (I'm thinking something like steam)
