    One mile west of where you started? If you go west and never go east again...you would still be one mile west.

    North pole. and 1 mile north of the south pole (the 1 mile west will be cancel as you can't go 1 mile west of the south pole) then 1 mile north brings you back where you were(if you are not stupid)
