Game dev has never been more amazing. I am playing with different ideas for terrain. I want to modify terrain and build structures as part of game play. I thought about using a structure of my own to represent buildings and other structures. I got to thinking that maybe what I really want is voxels. So I decided to play with the Godot voxel plugin. I am looking at the "examples". Then I see this:
https://github.com/Zylann/...

"This is a 3D space game demo, with procedurally-generated planets." Wait what? I run the demo and I can fly to different planets and deform the terrain on each planet. This is a demo? Isn't this a main feature of NMS as a demo? Shocked but really excited. I can't wait to play with this.

Here is a screenshot from the demo:

Make the FPS Elden Ring you always wanted!

Can't believe a godot demo is better than Starfield :(

Why did you delete my comments, dipshit? Because I showed you that that was not new? That a programmer would know multiple other projects and games that allready did it? Which I listed and linked to and you deleted?

@hnqllmi we can't delete comments dipshit but new fucks aren't allowed to posts links as spam bot prevention.

Read the rules of the game asshole.

@Hazarth I am really disturbed that a AAA gaming company made a Skyrim in Space game and people stopped playing after like 2 months. How can they mess up that badly? People have been playing Skyrim for 10 years. I usually wait a few years for new games so I can buy the DLCs at the same time. I honestly wonder what will happen with Starfield.

@Demolishun probably the same as Fallout and fallout76. It will slowly get better with some updates and DLCs and then we will forget about it.

@Hazarth yeah, the replayability of fallout isn't great either. I do like the building. I wish Skyrim had the building part where you can choose how you build your base.

Fallout 4's biggest glaring issue is lack of vehicles. I would have loved to trick out a bike or car.

@Demolishun That's interesting, I really dislike the building. xD I mean skyrim has *some* building with the breeze home DLC I guess, but nothing like fallout. I played with it in Fallout quite a bit and built some towns and buildings but ultimately I really grew bored by it and would rather see more fleshed out lore instead. Fallout 3 and Fallout NV are still some of my favorites, along with Skyrim...

Supposedly there might be an Oblivion remake coming by beth, so maybe that will be interesting, I never played the older TESs

@Hazarth Morrowind was the best of the three I played. Story was amazing.

I found out yesterday why Starfield sucked (at least partly):

    https://steamcommunity.com/app/...

This Sweet Baby Inc company is hired as a consultant and they rework stories and shit to be woke garbage. There is even a dedicated Steam page to call out games that have used this company so people can choose to buy or not buy the game. They were founded in 2018 and to me seem to be a cancer on the industry.

Game development and exploring new ideas in tech are so exciting, especially when it comes to entertainment. Casinos have also embraced innovative tech like live gaming and interactive features. For example, it has done an amazing job incorporating modern elements into their platform https://pinup-casino.bo/ It makes the experience feel fresh and exciting without losing the classic thrill.

Whether you’re a beginner trying to learn about modern slot features or a more advanced player exploring new strategies, testing the game first is always a good idea. That’s why Reactoonz https://reactoonz.eu.com/ is such a useful resource — the site lets you try out the full game in demo mode. You can watch how the Gargantoon lands, learn about energy collection, and see what combinations lead to higher payouts. All of this helps you become more confident before switching to real-money gameplay.

When I was first curious about trying out online games for real money, the process felt a bit overwhelming — especially with so many platforms out there. What helped was focusing on sites that clearly explain their registration and verification steps. I came across information on Glory Casino’s account process, and it was surprisingly straightforward. The site at https://glory-casino.casino/ provides a detailed breakdown, from account creation to identity checks, all tailored for Bangladeshi users over 18. While you can’t play directly there, it’s a helpful resource if you're trying to understand how things work before diving in. Reading up on how deposits and withdrawals function, as well as knowing the rules tied to bonuses — like the BDT 37,000 welcome offer — gave me a better grip on what to expect. Doing this homework first made the entire experience smoother and much less risky.
