i prefer the object orientation in Powershell over the text based Linux/OS X Terminals though.. there are always pros and cons on both sides i guess 🤔

True, true. Though supposedly with the implementation of wsl, cmd is going to be getting some fresh, crispy updates. With any luck, those improvements will carry over to PS as well

Powershell can go to hell. We already had bash and gnuutils to do useful things... I wish they had just implemented that. Learning some proprietary crap just for the sake of vendor lock in is annoying.
