    Yknow, dreaming too often is connected with poor sleep, which is in turn connected with depression and anxiety o.o

    @Hazarth no. if you don't get much sleep, brain will enter non-REM sleep to repair as much as possible (ask me how I know). We only see dreams when we're about to wake up. Dreaming means brain had enough time to rest.

    True, but there is such a thing as excessive dreaming, especially if the dreams are vivid it could be a bad sign. Not sure what your dreams are like, but since you're essentially keeping a dream journal on DevRant Im thinking they're strange enough to remember and warrant journaling :D
