Well they should both compile down to the .Net Intermediary Language (IL) so if you could somehow make they work the comparison would be easier... IF you are looking at things that are are more similar than different.

Most of the code is in vb actually there are files with same name and some times same code in more than 1 places thats what i have to reduce. I tried compare++ but is there any other tools with which i can compare even 3 files @qbalsdon
