How do I shake the feeling that I need to know everything? As I learn more about development and its various aspects I feel like I need to master every technology and I know that's impossible but I can't help but feel it. It gets to the point sometimes where I'm paralyzed with indecision and I can't decide what to start learning

This is called analysis paralysis and it’s a real thing. I was also overcome by this initially but my strategy is to break down your tasks into bite sized pieces instead of tackling the whole behemoth.

Another thing would also be to adopt the “do-er” mindset. Less thinking/ worrying, more doing. You can always get feedback and update your product accordingly.

I’ve learned to try to weigh the ROI on learning to do something new (or even write a component I can otherwise do) against the cost of either hiring out for something or finding an off the shelf solution (and perhaps modding thereafter). The result is sometimes project based (“How much control do I need over the capabilities?”), other times longer term considerations apply (“As a WordPress programmer, when would I ever find myself using Ruby again if I learn it for this project?”).
