A lot of admins have fucked up their permissions in such a way that the system is slow and architected their workflows in such a way that it’s painful to use. There’s few things worse than a Jira that was dictated from top-down and had no design input from the people that are expected to use it every day. 😭

@windlessuser which means they’re just being impatient at your expense since there’s a background reindex option that doesn’t lock up the instance....
