For me one of the best parts of hackatons was the brainstorming about what to create...

How about an app that helps you decide what to hack on? #MetaHacking

A positive vibe where everyone is welcome regardless of skills does it for me.

I would love to attend something where you can both just code your pet project by yourself and take part in more organized activities.

Perhaps a theme for those who want? Creating small apps on specific APIs so there is a common ground? Or clone some game and let people do a twist where best one gets a price?
