I know... I know... We're not kids anymore...

But come on there just has to be a group of Harry Potter lovers in this "geeky" community.

So which house do you see yourself in?

Me, myself and I = Ravenclaw all the way

*this post was shamefully inspired by the description of @theNox*

    Might be stereotypically, but I'm Gryffindor 😁

    *cough* check my bio *cough*
    I inspire people 🙌

    @DataSec See that's the thing. People always consider Gryffindor to be mainstream while most of my friends would go for other houses.

    I guess we just associate the houses with certain faces e. g. Harry = Grfd, Draco = Slit, Luna = Rvnc and so on.
    ...therefor thinking of Grfd as a stereotype.

    Wow... Way too much text for this relatively unimportant topic.

    I particularly don't have. The hat will decide for me.

    Slitherin (Spelling? Oh well.)
  • 1
    @Cyanite Slytherin

    And I see no mention about Hufflepuff yet 🤔
  • 3
    @CurseMeSlowly During all the books, I could never lose the idea that Hufflepuff was for the every so slightly dim, but happy.
  • 1
    @conor-figgy yeah very happy peaceful house

    @irene @irene What's the most evil thing you've done?
    Using spaces instead of tabs?
  • 3
    @irene But you sure make an exception for your good old devRant friends, right? ...right?
  • 5
    @irene I don't believe that you're like that
  • 3
    @irene Well... thx... I guess...
  • 2
    @irene dick or no dick. Be one. ☝️😝
  • 3
    @CurseMeSlowly Then again... wise words... I suppose...
  • 2
    Slytherin!

  • 5

  • 3
    Slytherin!!!!
  • 2
    Wow so many Slytherin. 🤔

    Is it normal? Just a coincidence? Or 🤔
  • 2
    @CurseMeSlowly In a broad sense, Slytherin is a house for the resourceful, Gryffindor for the brave, Hufflepuff for the humble, and Ravenclaw for the intellect. It’s not surprising to see more Slytherins and Ravenclaws here tbh
  • 4
    @CurseMeSlowly it's not a coincidence, Slytherin is overhyped
  • 2
    @Japorized I thought you guys just love Python too much
  • 2
    @CurseMeSlowly 😂 That’s a possibility that I cannot dispute.

    There’s a pretty reliable, and big, fan site that has a sorting hat system and I was sorted into Slytherin. But I even don’t write Python. Personally avoid writing anything in Python and believe that there are solutions elsewhere 😂
  • 3
    I bet that sorting hat is just a buggy rng on old hardware.
  • 4
    @jamescodesthing the sorting hat is not really reliable or it wasn't in my case
  • 3
    @Japorized by these explanations, I'd be a huffleclaw 😂

    Cedric diggory was a Hufflepuff, so I'll go there
  • 1
    @irene Well Slytherins can also be cunning so there definitely are, noticeably, more dingos.
  • 1
    @irene if is a bit of a coincidence there's a manageable amount of people per house, if it's really based on personality.
  • 1
    @irene ignore me... I just got off work, I'm shattered. I won't be coherent for a while.
  • 2
    @jamescodesthing do you mean that if the sorting would be randomised it would spread the people better amongst houses? As opposed to sorting by personality

    Slytherin.
    Every single test, ever, puts me in Slytherin.

    I have a Slytherin comforter on my bed. My car has a Slytherin reference on it. I wanted "Kedavra" on my Nevada license plates (it was taken!). My custom Sublime color theme is all Slytherin's colors.

    I miiight be a fan.
    Just maybe. 🙂
