That moment when your PC shuts down out of nowhere.

Back in the days, we called that a hacker.

Or a pms update having enough of being ignored.

A friend of mine had a computer that would shutdown whenever he said a specific word. He proved it to me by getting close to it and saying the word and poof.

Now that I think of it he probably had a program that would listen on his microphone or something. I was too young to know that something like that was possible.

I have the exact opposite problem, my computer turns on after about an hour of shutting it off. I do have magic packets enabled but normally i'll use the app on my phone to turn it on (lazy i know :P and just sometimes forget to turn it on when i leave the room). So now i have to switch off the PSU when i go to bed which i sometimes forget and just when i get to sleep my computer lights up and all 7 fans start humming.
