And 1&1 again... I tried to create a new database... 1&1: “the password is to long. Please choose a password that is not longer than 16 characters.” 🙃

    16 characters....
    So they store the password unencrypted and use it for AES-128 or what?? What about hashing the password and just using 16 chars from it?!
