Why there's no option to change account email on devRant?

On the app there is an option in the settings to do that

@darksideofyay yes, it was removed from the app store and play store many months ago, for an unknown reason.
But if you have installed it on your device, you can keep using it.

I tried to put an alternative, unofficial app into the Apple App Store after that, but found it to be an impossible task.
