olback109817y@Andi I live in Sweden, I have no relatives in the UK and none that I now of has that good of an accent. The number is registered in the UK as well.
Edit, I've never heard that voice before either. -

If you share the first 4 digits (after the 0 or +44) you can identify the region it came from 🙂 if the first digit after the 0/+44 is an 8 then it's a usually a commercial number 🙂
The last 6 digits identify a more precise location. -
Seems to be a London number from this, could very well be just someone who knows you or has been passed your details etc.
